Thinking of joining the club? Here’s everything you might want to know about how our coffee subscriptions work — no jargon, just good coffee made easy.

  • Yes! You can either lock in your favourite roast or go for our “Roaster’s Choice” and we’ll surprise you with something new each time. Either way, it’s always freshly roasted and full of flavour.

  • Super simple - just log into your account and hit “pause” or “cancel” anytime. No emails, no guilt trips, no hoops to jump through.

  • We’ve been there. You can move your order date, or just purchase a one-off bag - crisis averted.

  • Absolutely. Just update your preferences in your subscription settings.

  • Nope! We’re all about flexibility. Subscribe for as long as you like - one month or one year, it’s totally up to you.

  • We aim to roast and ship within 1–2 working days of your order. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2–4 days, so your beans will be with you before you know it.
