This isn’t just another bag of coffee. This is the product of real graft, grown at 1,600 metres above sea level in the mountains of Cajamarca. Hector Saavedra and his family attend to every detail. Each cherry in this Yellow Caturra lot was picked by hand and sorted with care. It’s washed properly no corners cut, then laid out to dry in the sun for 15 days on concrete patios. It’s done right with purpose.
Hector’s been involved in coffee since he was a kid. He now leads a group of 10 farming families, working together to produce something of genuine quality. They’re not in it for quick wins or flashy gimmicks. They’re building something long-term—for their families, their community, and for people who appreciate honest work behind a great cup.
We’re proud to join Hector to present his coffee roasted for you with same care and attention from the hills of Cajamarca to the city of Oxford
This is specialty coffee with backbone.
